Johan Wibergh

Johan Wibergh is the former Chief Technology and Information Officer of Vodafone, a global telecommunications provider. With more than 35 years of experience in technology and large-scale operations, he has held senior executive roles at leading global companies, bringing deep expertise in networking, digital systems, cybersecurity, R&D, and operational excellence.

Mr. Wibergh spent nearly eight years as Group Chief Technology Officer of Vodafone and six years as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Unit Networks for Ericsson. His leadership has spanned telecom and enterprise networks, IT infrastructure, and 24/7 global operations. He currently serves on the boards of Trimble Inc., Cohere Technologies, AST SpaceMobile, BCE Inc., and Bell Canada, and on the Executive Advisory Board of Arrcus Inc. His prior board roles include Vantage Towers, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Next Generation Mobile Networks, as well as advisory roles with IBM, HP Enterprises, and Amdocs.

Mr. Wibergh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Linköping University, Sweden.
