Michele Moraes is Manager, Royalty Services with a strong background in accounting and finance, bringing senior‑level experience in royalty operations, and complex Tax compliance matters. Michele manages detailed royalty services processes and ensures accurate, timely, and successful royalty distributions. With Avanci since 2022, Michele supports all Avanci platforms and programs, working closely with licensors. She plays a key role in the end‑to‑end royalty distribution process, including royalty calculations, reconciliations, distributions, licensor support, and assistance with withholding tax queries, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance.

Before joining Avanci, Michele gained experience through a variety of finance roles, including working with Suzuki Ireland, supporting accounting and finance operations within structured corporate environments.

Michele is a qualified Accounting Technician, having completed the ATI Higher Diploma in Accounting and Finance through Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI College). She is currently pursuing the ACCA qualification and holds a degree in Human Resource Management (HRM). She is bilingual in English and Portuguese and is based in Dublin, Ireland.
