Alireza Etemad

Alireza Etemad is the founder of Etemad Group, a family investment company with a diverse portfolio spanning multiple industries. A seasoned finance professional with a long international career, he previously served as Partner at IK Partners, a leading European private equity firm, and as Global Head at SEB Corporate Finance, where he led major strategic initiatives and cross-border transactions.

Through Etemad Group, he is an active investor in several growth-oriented companies, including the publicly listed Netel Holding AB (publ), where he serves as Chairman of the Board. In addition to his leadership at Etemad Group, he serves as Chairman of the Board at Netel Holding AB (publ), Board at Tempest Security AB (publ), Carla AB, Juridium AB, Lawline Juristbyrå AB, EGN AB, and EGL Holding AB. He is also a Board Member of AHUM AB, Wictor Family Office AB, Worldish AB, Salus Bostad AB, SMA Mineral Holding AB, and Alfa Sands AB.

Mr. Etemad studied for a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Linköping Institute of Technology and holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Management from Institut National des Télécommunications in Paris.
