Ann Mather

Ann Mather is an accomplished business leader and board director with extensive experience across the global technology, media, and entertainment industries. She currently serves on the Boards of Netflix, Bumble Inc., and Blend Labs, Inc., and is an Independent Trustee of the Dodge & Cox Funds.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Mather has served on the boards of numerous leading companies, including Airbnb Inc., Alphabet Inc., Ariat International Inc., Arista Networks Inc., Glu Mobile Inc., MGM Holdings Inc., Shutterfly Inc., and Zappos.com Inc.  From 1999 to 2004, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pixar, where she helped lead the company through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by The Walt Disney Company. Prior to Pixar, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Village Roadshow Pictures, and earlier held senior finance roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for its Buena Vista International Theatrical Division.

Ms. Mather holds a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge and is an Honorary Fellow of Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge.
