Avanci Vehicle today announced that seven automakers headquartered in China have concluded a total of ten license agreements to date across its 4G Vehicle and 5G Vehicle licensing programs. These agreements reflect continued momentum in one of the most important and fast-growing segments of the global automotive industry. Avanci views this as an important step forward, with additional announcements to come in the months ahead.

More than 275 million connected vehicles are now covered by an Avanci license. Participating automotive brands license cellular standard essential patents from almost 70 licensors through the Avanci 4G Vehicle program and almost 90 licensors through the Avanci 5G Vehicle program, through a simple, efficient licensing framework.
