Jane Bu is Senior Vice President, Licensing at Avanci, where she leads licensing initiatives and supports the development of new platform-based licensing programs across the company’s growing portfolio. She works with licensors and licensees across industries to advance efficient, scalable licensing solutions.

Jane brings more than two decades of experience designing and operating multi-party licensing programs across a range of technology standards and industries. Prior to joining Avanci, she spent over ten years at Via Licensing Alliance (Via-LA), where she helped develop and manage licensing programs and worked closely with global companies to implement licensing frameworks.

Throughout her career, Jane has operated at the intersection of legal, technical, and commercial considerations in the licensing industry. She has significant international experience and has worked closely with companies and industry leaders across Asia and other global markets.
