Mike Dorey is Associate General Counsel at Avanci. With over 30 years of experience handling strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, Mike uses his transactional expertise to provide innovative legal solutions to support the growth and success of Avanci’s licensing programs and platforms.
Before joining Avanci in 2020, Mike was a partner at a transactional boutique law firm focused on meeting the corporate legal needs of emerging and middle-market companies. Mike began his career as an associate at a national Dallas-based law firm.
Mike holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business (Accounting) from Indiana University. He is based in Dallas, Texas, USA.
