Lisa Errion

Vice President, Government Affairs

Lisa brings more than 30 years of public and private sector experience in government relations to Avanci, with expertise in the development and execution of government affairs and public policy strategies.

Prior to joining Avanci in June 2021, Lisa was Vice President of Government and External Affairs at BMW where she led its advocacy and policy organization for the U.S. and the Americas region. She also held senior government relations roles at Nielsen and at Apple, where she was instrumental in gaining market access for its products and services in global markets from 2007-2014.

In addition to her corporate roles, Lisa has extensive experience in the U.S. government. She served as a U.S. economic policy official for 18 years, first as a desk officer at the U.S. Department of Commerce, later as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, and finally as a Director for Europe and the Middle East at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR).

Lisa holds a Master’s in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science summa cum laude from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

She is based in Washington, DC.
